These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, dashboards, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by DEEG CONSULTING LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, USA, doing business as Rank On Maps ("Rank On Maps," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rank On Maps provides marketing, local search optimization, and advertising-management tools and services for businesses. This includes an internal operations dashboard used by our team and authorized clients to manage advertising campaigns and reporting on ad accounts that are owned by, or have granted access to, the account holder.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Where the Services connect to third-party platforms (including Meta / Facebook advertising accounts), you represent that you own the connected accounts or have obtained all necessary authorization from their owners. You will only use the Services to manage advertising and reporting for accounts you are permitted to access.
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by DEEG CONSULTING LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular advertising or ranking outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEG CONSULTING LLC and its officers, members, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
